So while we were recently on vacation we had the privilege of going to the Lodge cast iron outlet. Let me tell you how excited I was.My hubby let me get quite a few more pans to add to my collection of 1. HAHA yep I only had 1 pan. But they are so versatile that the 1 I had was working pretty well. So anyway I think that I have only used these lovely pans and have forgotten about the ones that hang in my kitchen. If you haven't used cast iron before I will encourage you to take the plunge. They are amazing!
So we made biscuits and gravy for breakfast today and they were SO yummy! So I thought I would share the reicpes with you so you can also enjoy the good cooking in your home.
